The Downtown Partnership of Baltimore (DPOB) is hosting its 2026 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 10, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The event will take place in the Bud Light Talon space at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.
The gathering is designed to display the city’s culinary offerings, cultural elements, and creative sectors while connecting attendees with the individuals investing in the downtown area's future. The program includes speeches from Governor Wes Moore and Mayor Brandon M. Scott, who will address the audience alongside other business and community leaders.
Shelonda Stokes, president and CEO of DPOB, said the annual meeting allows the organization to build on previous progress and listen to what is working in the city. She stated, “Every year, this gathering gives us the chance to build on last year’s progress, hear what’s working, and connect with the people who are moving Baltimore forward.”
Stokes emphasized that the event brings downtown experiences directly to the attendees to allow them to try new things and meet the people behind them. She added, “Whether you come here every day or haven’t visited in a while, we want you to see what’s taking shape and leave with one more reason to come downtown.”
The evening will feature sports-themed entertainment, with co-hosts Rick Ritter, a WJZ-TV anchor and Ravens pre- and post-game presenter, and DJ Quicksilva, the on-field DJ for the Ravens. Quicksilva will also provide the music for the night.
Tickets are available for residents, small businesses, DPOB members, and VIP guests. The general admission ticket includes access to the Downtown Marketplace, light appetizers, two drink tickets, and entertainment. The VIP ticket offers an open bar, premium appetizers, and an exclusive tour of the Ravens' locker rooms.
Rich Tamayo, senior vice president of M&T Bank Stadium and Relentless Events, noted that the stadium serves as a gateway to the center of the city. He said, “M&T Bank Stadium is part of the gateway to downtown, and we are proud to open it to the leaders, businesses, and neighbors who make downtown thrive.”
The Downtown Marketplace will feature local businesses and experiences, including Neon Paint Place, a recipient of the BOOST grant, PitaMore, The Empanada Lady, and STK on Pratt Street. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste food from local restaurants throughout the evening and meet the owners and creators behind these participating establishments.
The event will also present the 2026 Downtown Baltimore Awards to recognize investment, creativity, and service in the district. The Maryland Stadium Authority, in collaboration with the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens, will receive the All-In Award. The Baltimore Development Corporation will receive the Downtown RISE Award.
Neon Paint Place will be honored with the Energy of the City Award, and Geon Floyd, director of homeless assistance at DPOB, will receive the Heart of Downtown Award.
