Forty hundred dollars. That is the non-refundable fee for a 30-week golf season at one of Westchester County’s six public courses. The county is set to open pre-registration for this program on Monday, November 2, giving current participants the first chance to secure their specific tee times and days for the coming year.
The pre-registration window closes on Monday, November 30. Golfers who hold a valid Westchester County Park Pass can use this period to maintain their preferred weekend slots. If current participants do not claim their previous times, those slots will return to the general pool.
New participants and returning golfers seeking a different schedule will be able to reserve remaining times starting Tuesday, December 1, 2026. This general reservation period runs through Sunday, February 28, 2027. The process operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of one tee time per weekend day. The 2027 season is scheduled to begin on March 17, weather permitting, with the official program kicking off the weekend of March 27 and concluding October 17.
County Executive Ken Jenkins described the six public courses as offering beautiful landscapes and well-maintained fairways for players of all skill levels. He stated that the E-Z Reserve program simplifies planning by allowing golfers to secure their preferred weekend tee times for the upcoming season.
William Bland, the Acting Commissioner of Westchester County Parks, emphasized the convenience of the program for maintaining consistent tee times. Bland said the department takes pride in maintaining courses that provide a rewarding experience and encouraged players to use the pre-registration option to lock in their chosen days and times.
The six eligible courses are Dunwoodie and Sprain Lake in Yonkers, Hudson Hills in Ossining, Maple Moor in White Plains, Mohansic in Yorktown Heights, and Saxon Woods in Scarsdale. Applications are available at all six locations or online at golf.westchestercountyny.gov. Payment for the $400 fee can be made via cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
